Tantric Massage
December 22nd, 2007
Tantra massage is a very, very special kind of massage, almost unique. It-s not readily available just everywhere because it takes a certain kind of specialization. The professional who provides such massage services must be a master of the basic and advanced principles of Tantra and meditation. The massage session must begin with ancient Tantric rituals and a time of meditation in order to focus on the Chakras and the spiritual link with the entire universe.
You must always keep in mind that this kind of massage is not meant to work the muscles and drive fatigue away, but to awaken the hidden mystic energy at the bottom of your spine and bring your body and spirit in complete harmony with the universe. If you-re planning to use music, then you should take the trouble to find some that has been designed to go along with meditation and Tantric massage. Such records are rare, but nonetheless available for sale. Some chill-out songs are also good, but it takes experience to identify the suitable ones.
Tantra massage makes use of light, sensual and slow strokes that can channel energy and increase the body-s sensitivity to a different reality. You may wish to apply some medium pressure along the sides of the spine in order to make your massage effective, but otherwise confine yourself to light pressure and to the movements inspired from the way energy flows through the body and especially the classic movement upwards from the base of the spine. A lot of skill and an intimate knowledge of your inner energy are required before even thinking to attempt Tantric massage.
Any kind of oil, lotion or cr-me goes along great with this massage, but you would do well to stay away from scented oils because they may draw unwanted attention to earthly things. Meditation and music are the only things you need for this kind of massage. Tantric massage can also be used to call forth the healing energy of the body in order to help people recover faster from injuries or illnesses. Couples can try Tantric massage in order to increase their intimacy and to create strong emotional bond between the two partners by building love, tenderness and trust instead of sex.
Do You Last?

But one man out of three considers that they ejaculate too quickly. A man can suffer a great deal of self-doubt if he feels he suffers from premature ejaculation, and his partner can suffer from frustration as well. The average male between 18 and 20 orgasms within three minutes. As we mature, this slows some- what, but experience as much as physical age is responsible for this. Even if a man doesn’t care to go all night, he will probably want to last more than three minutes! There are two questions to ask yourself in order to decide if you last long enough. Ones to ask yourself if you are satisfied when you orgasm.
Apart from impressing your partner, do you feel that you came when you wanted to, giving yourself the maximum pleasure.
The second question is do you usually come before your partner(’s). Some women have great difficulty in reaching orgasm, especially during intercourse, but if you have multiple partners who seem to expect orgasm yet you finish before they can reach it, then perhaps you suffer from premature ejaculation.
If you feel that you do orgasm too quickly, there are a couple things you can try right off for a quick fix, although both will take away some of your pleasure, as well. One is you can try wearing a condom - or even two - to decrease the sensation. You can also try commercial delaying sprays or creams that work by slightly numbing the penis.
Many men also try masturbating before a hot date. They find that having come once in a day, they take longer to come a second time. This can work for many men, but on the other hand, you may enjoy orgasm with a partner more, and you might not always know before hand that you are going to have sex.
In order to learn to control your orgasm, you have to discover at what exact point you cannot turn back. You will need to masturbate very slowly without a partner, and pay attention to what you are feeling. At a certain point, you will find the exact feeling that occurs just before you orgasm. If you learn to recognize that feeling, you will be able to redirect your thoughts or to briefly stop moving just before it occurs. Some men briefly squeeze the base of their penis for a minute till the feeling subsides. At that point, you can continue.
Some men think about unpleasant things like income tax or being stuck in a cold rain, but also this often does work, this will also lessen your pleasure.
Strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle can also help delay orgasm. It is the same muscle you use to stop urination in mid stream. Try stopping while you are urinating several times to get a feel for what the muscle feels like in use. It is also the muscle you use when your penis is erect and you make it bob up and down. There are exercises you can do to help strengthen that muscle. The simplest would be to get an erection and make your penis bob up and down till your muscle gets tired, but never continue till it is painful. Do this every other day, just like you would work out any smaller muscle. Then practice using it to sort of hold things back.
Remember that sex is all about pleasure, but it is also about genetics. Man was designed to impregnate women, and that meant faster orgasms to allow multiple attempts at fertilization. Coming too rapidly can often be caused by worry and performance anxiety.
The best thing you can do during sex is have fun and enjoy what you’re doing!
Lose Weight with Water
December 22nd, 2007
The human body is mostly water trapped inside the fragile walls of cells. We drink water to maintain the optimum level of hydration in our bodies, to flush the toxins out and cleanse the body, to cool off, to keep the joints working and to help the food digestion process. The minimum daily recommended water intake is 2 liters, because this is how much water the body uses throughout the day through sweating, urination and other bodily functions. Without replenishing lost water, the body goes into dehydration and all functions start to suffer, which is why dieting professionals recommend abstaining from food, but never from water.
Like many other bodily functions, the metabolism is dependent on water to work properly. Without enough water, the process of breaking food down and converting it to energy slows down dramatically, which means that too few calories are burnt and that too little weight is lost. Not drinking enough water can be compared to -running of fumes- and if you-re dieting and you seem to have hit the plateau, then you are probably not drinking enough water. When the metabolism slows down, weight loss slows down even more dramatically, especially since exercising becomes less effective as the body-s energy levels diminish.
Water also plays an important part in the process of digestion and elimination of residues. Not drinking enough water is a one-way ticket to constipation and a host of other problems of the intestines. Poor digestion means that you will not get enough energy from the food you-re eating. This will prompt the body to ask for more food and this is how the weight loss process stops and the weight gain process begins. A dehydrated body sends out fake hunger pangs, thus tempting you to forget about the diet and eat more food than you should.
Not to mention that water is also a good filler. If you want to eat less food, drink a tall glass of water half an hour before every meal. The water will fill a large part of your stomach and the body will be content to feel that the stomach is not empty. This is not idle speculation, but a sound advice whose effectiveness can be confirmed by many dietitians and weight loss experts. Nobody can overeat with half of the stomach filled with water and with the body telling him/her- -Seems like we-re almost full. We don-t need that much food, so cut it short this evening-.
Keep in mind that in order to reap the benefits of drinking enough water, you will want to spread the intake throughout the day. Don-t drink 2 liters of water all at once because the body will simply flush the excess and a lot of it will simply be wasted. Also, you don-t need to restrict yourself to water. Fruit juices, weak tea and coffee count as liquids that can be used by the body for hydration. Alcohol is out of the question, because alcohol has the opposite effect on the body. And, ladies, don-t be afraid that drinking a lot of water will make you retain it. It-s dehydration, not abundance, which forces the body to hang on to what it has.
