After we get the okay for the first date, there is only one thing going through our mind’s. How long will it be until we have sex? Some women like to have sex on the first date, while others will make you wait until you think your nuts are about ready to explode. Try as I might, I can-t remember having ever met anybody who was completely satisfied with his or her sex life. Free Enlargement Techniques

However below we give you a few free penis enlargement techniques which have kindly been provided by various natural enlargement sites. These exercises ARE very basic and obviously will not yield much in the way of results on their own. There are 2 exercises here and the site that I recommend for natural penis enlargement contains 30 exercises. Obviously the exercises below do not come with any videos or pictures either.

The exercises below are quite common, unlike the many unique ones that can be found in the natural enlargement sites. I hope these help you, if only a little bit-

Warm up exercise - to get more blood into the penis.

To perform this warm-up you will need a cloth or small towel and access to warm water. Firstly find an ample sized face cloth. Wet it with warm water until it is soaked through and at a hot but manageable temperature. Then wrap the cloth around your penis and testicles. This may feel strange and slightly painful, but this ends quickly enough and is easy to get used to.

Keep the cloth in place for 1 minute. When 1 minute is up run the cloth under the hot tap and repeat the procedure once again holding it for 1-2 minutes. If after the 2-3 minutes you feel you are ready to exercise continue with your workout. If not then re-apply until you feel loose enough and ready to continue with your workout. Warm-up is essential.

The warm-up as mentioned above is ESSENTIAL. You should never miss the warm-up out of your routine as this will lead to gains being minimal. It is also a good idea to finish off a workout with a "warm down" which would be for example the procedure above repeated.

Exercise in a nut-sack-

- Obtain a small hand towel.
- Wet this hand towel using warm/hot water.
- Place the hand towel around your penis.
- Wet the towel again to keep the warmth.
- Leave the hand towel on the penis for 2-3 minutes.
- Temporary discard of the towel and perform workout.
- When workout is finished re-heat the towel.
- Apply the towel to the penis for another 2-3 minutes.
- Always use the same towel for hygiene reasons.

The Long Shlong Basic - a very very basic stretching exercise.

Make sure you are thoroughly warmed up and ready. Make sure that your penis is always completely limp and flaccid-it’s a bit hard to perform these exercises if you have an erection. Take the head of your penis in your hand (if you have a foreskin then pull this back so it does not get in the way, remember you are pulling the penis NOT the skin). Then stretch it out directly in front of you, holding it for 10-15 seconds. You should be able to feel the stretch at the base of your penis. Repeat the action 4 or 5 times. After that, relax your penis and massage the head to restore normal circulation. This method applies to stretching up and down, as the pictures illustrate.

Now, take your penis firmly in your hand and pull the penis to the right. Pull it to the right until you can feel a pressure on the left side of your penis. Hold it for 10-15 seconds. Repeat the exercise 4-5 times. Afterwards, massage the head to restore circulation. After you have completed this, repeat the exercise only this time pulling to the left not the right. Once you have done this exercise a few times you will have a basic understanding of exactly what to do, you should then either use one of our detailed workout plans or use the free consultation to get a custom workout plan, do not just randomly do things.

Don’t worry if you feel a good amount of stretch - this is normal and healthy. If you have a foreskin then pull this back then do the stretch so you are stretching the penis and not the skin. Take your time in progressing- being too adventurous could result in unwanted injury. The exercises should be performed for either desired number of reps or allocated time.

Exercise in a nut sack-

- As per usual warm up thoroughly.
- Grasp the tip of your penis firmly, below the head.
- Pull it out in front of you and hold for 15 seconds.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
- Relax and gently massage head of penis.
- Stretch penis to right and hold for 15 seconds.
- Relax and massage head of penis.
- Stretch penis to left and hold for 15 seconds.
- Always repeat for desired number of reps.

Worried about size?

When it comes to sex, -Am I big enough?- has simply got to be the top question men have been asking themselves in the privacy of their own minds since forever. And most of them answer the question the wrong way, because men always tend to compare themselves with other people. This leads to doubts and questions about the size of their penises and performance adequacy. Many men go to ridiculous lengths to offset what they perceive as a shortcoming on their side. But is it really a problem?

This kind of behaviour is very common. Nearly every man asks himself the -Size Question- at some point or another in his life and since men are too afraid to ask the question directly, they never get a satisfactory answer. And so the matter drags on in their minds instead of being put to rest once and for all. It-s a shame that some men find nothing better to do with their time and efforts than to prove to themselves and to the world that they don-t have small penises. This fear of being too small may grow to become a serious problem for some men. It-s a blight upon their confidence and it may drive them to do silly things.

Women are looking for other things aside from a big penis. It-s not that having 7 or 8 inches doesn-t help at all. Women like to ogle men before getting into anything serious and a sizeable bulge in the pants scores points with them. Studies and polls have conclusively shown that women are far more interested in partners with good hygiene habits and who know how to bring them to orgasm, big penis or no big penis. Therefore penis size is nothing more than an item on the big check list for most women. Something akin to- -Penis size check - done. Now let-s move on to something even more important-.

The average penis size is 5.5 to 6 inches. And since most men are this size and still think themselves below average, it follows that men are not very good at judging their own size. If you start asking men about the size of their penises, you can be certain that most men would give themselves an extra inch or two, just to come across as really hung guys. However, a bigger organ may look impressive, but if it-s too big to fit comfortably inside the vagina or if the owner is clueless in bed, then all those inches are wasted. And the worst part of all this is the fact that most women care more about the quality and intensity of sex and less about the size of the man-s penis.

If you-re an average-sized guy and not content with your size, there are a few tricks that can help make your penis look bigger. The actual penis size can be hidden by the pubic hair. So, if you think you could profit from this, trim your pubic hair. A simple trick is to have a hot shower before sex. The hot water would help fill the penis with blood and make it hang heavier than normal. Or you could lose some weight. The pad of fat located at the base of the penis can grow in size along with the overall body fat and may obscure the base of the penis. Losing weight would decrease the pad and bring back the hidden inches.

Still, the easiest thing you could do is to have an honest talk with your partner and find out if your penis is adequate in size or if your partner actually cares about this. Still, be advised that, more often than not, an honest talk is likely to bring up other relationship-related issues than penis size. Penis size should be the least of your worries.
