I’ve heard from more and more of our women readers about this. I have found it to be surprising, but life still has its little surprises. It is becoming more and more common that men are having problems achieving an orgasm. For so many years we heard the press batter women and the fact that they can’t orgasm. Now, it seems the other way around. Don’t worry ladies, I am here. I will tell you how to make your man have an orgasm again. It isn’t that hard really. First, this is probably the number one cause. You need to see how much porn your man is watching. This won’t be easy.
You need to determine how much he is masturbating when you aren’t around. If you find a lot of porn on your credit card or on his computer, that is the problem. What he is doing is saving up all of his energy for porn. This is fairly common. I wouldn’t be too upset unless he is looking at gay midgets. A lot of times when a relationship goes stale, men turn to porn. Maybe you haven’t been turning him on like you used to.
Here is the solution.
While he is away, look at some of the porn he is watching. See what is turning him on. Maybe he is into something kinky that you never knew before. Go out and buy some lingerie. Surprise him one night by doing what he sees in the porn movies. Maybe we is into anal and you never tried that. If that is the case, he will orgasm in no time to your never touched before ass. Make sure that you are playing on what he likes to see. If he likes seeing women with sex toys, let him watch you masturbate. I’m sure that you would agree that you would rather him watch you, then watch some other woman. Maybe you are nagging him too much. When you nag the hell out of him, it probably reminds him of his mom. If you are nagging him about everything under the sun, then there is a problem.
The solution-
Shut the fuck up. Sorry to be so rude, but that is how us men think. He get tired of all the bitching and moaning. If you don’t like us, leave. Don’t make our lives hell. Even if he doesn’t wipe his shoes before he comes in the house every day, bitching won’t get it done. Maybe work has got him down. Is he working a ton of hours? If so, then that is the problem. He is probably stressed out and too tired to have sex. Yes, even men have reasons why they don’t want to have sex.
Solution-
Tell him to work less. Having everything brand new isn’t that big of a deal. If it is, get a part time job yourself. Don’t run your man into the grave over money. Something bad has happened. Maybe he had a death in the family or had some recent emotional trigger. You women love that word emotional trigger. Something might be making him feel this way. If someone recently died, I would ask why are you pressuring him to perform? He probably doesn’t even want to have sex. If your main concern is to get laid, you are being selfish. You are sounding like a man.
Solution-
Allow him to get his life straightened out. Don’t force him back into sex. If he did this to you, you would be upset. Allow him time to get over whatever is at hand. If he doesn’t, you need to suggest that he gets help. You might have to tell him that if he doesn’t get any help that you will leave him. Hey, it sounds bad, but you don’t want to spend the rest of your life with a basket case. Diet. Yes, this can affect if a person has an orgasm. Too much caffeine can delay an orgasm. If have went through periods where I drank too much coffee and thought I would never orgasm.
Solution-
Get him off the Java. A cup in the morning isn’t going to hurt. A cup in the evening for pep is also okay. But if he is chugging it down like he is at an AA meeting, he has a problem. Too much alcohol can go this too. If he is always drunk as a skunk, you already know what the problem is. If he is drinking more than you can count each day, he has a drinking problem. I would tell him to get some help or to move on out. You don’t need to be with a drunk.
As you can see ladies, there are a lot of reasons why your man can’t orgasm. You need to talk to him about it and let him know that you care. If it happens all the time, then you need to take it seriously. If it only happens every now and then, no need to worry. This happens to most of us men from time to time.
Penis Size and a Man’s Ego

Man and sex are two words that get along so well. In reality, even the most conservative man has a wide idea about sex. In the present society, men are still considered as the dominant figures. Even with the emergence of women, men are still I the forefront of every development in ideas, politics, economics, and all other areas of knowledge. Given these facts, men’s ego is really upon the pedestal. However, not all tangible things and visible situations affect a man’s ego. In most cases, sex is believed to be a major determinant. Although some men are privy about the matter, the truth sex is an important player that distinguishes a man’s ego within the circle of his peers.
The penis is a very important part for men. Some say that when it is lost, then there is no more reason to live. Most men feel that their penises are their guide towards immortality and their ticket to fame. Unfortunately, not all men are that contented with the penis that they have. Anatomy suggests that the size of penis is totally dependent of genetics. Though growth enhancers will help, the feeling of being small still lingers in a man’s mind. More often than not, a man with a small penis will deviate from sex talk or any concerns regarding the use of the penis. A man’s ego is totally washed up once others start to realize that his penis will never be used effectively.
It is normal to have a conception that man’s ego is tantamount to the size of his penis. As always, a man with a huge penis gets all the beautiful girls, and is being the object of every woman conversation. Healthy Snacks

No matter if it is while we are watching television or a quick bite to and from picking the kids up at school, we all love snacks. We can’t get away from that fact. So why fight it? Our whole life we have been told that snacking is bad for us. It will ruin our apatite, it will make us fat, it will break us out in pimples. Some of it is true, while on the other hand, it is nothing more than fiction. Snacking performs a very important role in our lives. Some times we snack because we are bored. We eat because we are bored. That 600 pound man didn’t get that way because he was eating three square meals a day. He got that way because he was eating too much food. Our bodies tell us when we are hungry. That doesn’t mean that it that all the time we are hungry we need food. But, if you have a good diet it does. There is no reason to cut out snacking all together. Snacking is also a great way to avoid things that we do as a pick me up some days. For example, we can eat a piece of fruit instead of going for that cola to get a jolt of energy.
The key thing to do is, to know what to eat and what not to eat. Here we will give you some snacking ideas that will help you choose what is right. It doesn’t require a genius to figure it out, but you might be surprised at some of the suggestions. This might sound a bit strange, but I would suggest to you that you get a food dehydrator. You can get one for next to nothing and they are easy to use. I know that learning how to use something new isn’t always as easy as it sounds, but believe me, these things are a snap to use.
You can dry all kinds of things in your dehydrator. The key thing to remember is to cut things thin. The thinner the item is cut, the faster they will dry. Fruits are a great thing to dry. You can dry what ever is one sale at the super market that you can find. You can also dry canned items. I would suggest that you start out with a few easy things. Start out with strawberries. They are about as easy as you can get.
Not only are strawberries easy, but when they are dried, they carry a punch of sweetness that only sugar can match. The great thing is, these are sweet, but they don’t have the calories of candy. You can also dry veggies as well. Are you like me, do you love the instant soup mixes they sell at the store? Well, I love them but hate all the added salt. If you dry your own veggies, you can make your own soup. What I love is, I can control how much salt I add.
Here is something that I love to do as a snack. I take a handful of banana chips, strawberry chips, and about two apple chips. I take them and put them in some low fat yogurt. That makes for a snack that is good for you and something that I love eating. It doesn’t get any better than that. You can snack on the dried food just plain. Grab some fruit chips instead of potato chips or candy. You really can’t go wrong with dried fruits. They will last a very long time if you keep them in a baggie as well.
You can also make fish jerky, turkey jerky and beef jerky. I love making jerky because it saves me so much money. I don’t have to pay over ten dollars a pound for jerky. I can use what ever cut of meat that is on sale at the store. You can always go with the same boring veggie platter for a snack. I do love my veggies, but this can get a bit boring at times. That is why I love the dried fruits and veggies.
A great veggie plate can be made up of any type of veggies. I would suggest that you make yours out of what ever is in season. That will produce the best veggie plate that you can. Also try putting a little oil and vinegar dressing on them. Don’t use too much, but just enough to taste. Sprinkle salt to taste and also put some pepper or some pepper flakes on them. I love using pepper flakes because it gives the veggies a zing. You can also squeeze half a lemon over them for zing if you like.
You need to make sure that you aren’t eating a healthy diet and snacking on foods that aren’t good for you. I know tons of people who have a very good diet, but their problem is that they eat all kinds of junk when they snack. This doesn’t serve any purpose at all. I’m sure you know people like this as well. Actually, I feel like yelling at them and calling them a moron.
If you must have some carbs, don’t do anything stupid. Don’t go running for the potato chips. Instead, eat some sliced potatoes and add some seasoning to them. I like to use Cajun seasoning myself. I think that adds the kick that they are lacking since there isn’t any fat.
Another great snack idea is the small fruit cups that they sell in the stores. Don’t get the ones that are in heavy syrup. Heavy syrup is a nice way of saying loaded with sugar. Also some of the pudding cups aren’t too bad either. They also have yogurt cups these days too. They are good, especially if you get the ones with the fruit on the bottom. There you have it. The next time you feel guilty because you ate the wrong snack food, come back and read this article again. This will help you curve those hunger cravings and allow you to snack without the guilt.
