It is said that most men think of sex more than anything else. I forget the stats, but it seems to me that the average man thinks of sex at least two times per minute. We all fantasize about sex. We think of some hot babe who has nice breasts who wants to get it on during lunch break. We can’t look at a woman and not have a sexual thought about her. Well, except for the fat old women, but some men think about them too. It shouldn’t be no surprise to use that women have fantasizes. I think that sometimes men get pushed away from women who are sexual, because we think of them as sluts.

We need to understand this isn’t the case and we should enjoy the fact that they have fantasizes.

Women are different than men, you don’t need me to tell you that. Men are more visual creatures. We get turned on by the sight of a pair of nice legs or a set of big but yet perky breasts.

Women on the other hand get aroused mentally. They need to be worked before they can get turned on. This is why women need foreplay and men could live without it.

This is why men go to strip clubs and women read romance novels. Women are in search of the mental arousal, while we are in search of a nice pair of hooters. This is why a woman loves to be talked to before she has sex. We all know this, but yet we try to avoid it.

To understand the arousal of a woman, you must understand what makes her aroused. If you don’t, all you will be doing is running in circles. You will end up with an unhappy woman who fakes orgasms every time you have sex.

Here are some things that you can do to turn her on and get her fantasizes kick started.
1. Whisper sweet nothings in her ear. I learned this one off of the Brady Bunch. I was surprised that it actually worked. While you are having sex or during foreplay, whisper things in her ear. Tell her how horny she is making you or tell her how good it feels to have sex with her. This will drive her wild!

2. Spend a few extra minutes on foreplay. She will love this. Spend some extra time running your fingers through her hair or kissing her body. She will get so wet, that she will explode in no time!

3. Caress and kiss her entire body. This will make her go bizerk. Every woman loves it when a man does this.

4. Go down on her first. Most men want to get off first, but play musical chairs and have her sit on your face first. She will be shocked by it and think that you are paying special attention to her needs.

5. After a great love making experience, buy her flowers. Show her that you love her, this will earn you brownie points to get laid again sooner.

I’m sure you are wondering what these things have to do with fantasizes. It is pretty simple really. You need to make her feel comfortable so that she can trust that you won’t laugh at her when she tells them. Not only this, but she needs to know that you take love making seriously.

If she knows that you are serious about love making and that you will do anything to please her, she will open like a flower. I know that it might sound bad to have her start to go goo goo over her fantasizes, but it really isn’t. You may think that if you listen too much that she will only be open to hers and not yours.

The thing to keep in mind is that some of the fantasizes that you have, she will have too. Meaning, that in the long run, chances are you will get to live out some of yours as well. This is a great thing, because you both have the same secret idea that turns you on. When you live it out, it will be incredible. Both of you will be so horny that it takes all your energy not to explode right away.

The key to keeping a healthy and happy sex life is making sure that you are open. Nothing will be good if you can’t talk about it. Your goal is to have the best sex possible. That is why you are in the relationship right? I mean, unless she cooks a mighty fine pork roast.

The problem in most relationships is that most people don’t communicate with each other. They keep things locked inside them and don’t realize that some day it will all blow up. It is like a steam engine that has no where for the steam to escape. That steam has to go some where. That some where will be the thing that causes your relationship to end.

You tell her what pisses you off and she tells you what pisses her off? Believe me, you know if you do something that makes her mad. She won’t let you forget about it. Well, the same is true with sex. If you feel open enough to talk about what angers you, you should be able to talk abut what pleases you. If not, I’m afraid things don’t look good for your relationship.

She said that the nerves in her vaginal walls (located near the entrance of the vagina and the anus) are better stimulated during intercourse. Thus, girth might be significant here given that a meatier penis can stretch out the vaginal or anal walls that stimulate the nerves. This creates friction and sensation that most women crave during intercourse. She further added that even though the penis is the vital equipment in love making, it’s also the combination of skill, passion and romance that heightens the sensation.

To say that men who are small are no good in the sack is a hasty generalization and just short of discriminating. In general, women are more concern about the man’s entire package, rather than just the one between their thighs. Women also seek passion, intimacy and emotional connection. Caffeine

If you are like me, this is a weakness of yours too. I digest way too much caffeine each day. I probably have at least six or more servings each day. More than I should consume in several days. I drink too much cola. That is my problem. Not only is it loaded with sugar, it has caffeine in it too. A cup of coffee in the morning to get you going isn’t going to hurt. It can help you wake up and be more alert. It can help jump start your day into something worthwhile. Instead of feeling sleepy and tired. Though, if you drink too much caffeine, you can have the opposite effect that you are looking for. It can drain all of your energy and make you feel very tired. It can also cause you to have problems sleeping. This can be a very big problem.

You may not think of it as a problem, but it is. Caffeine is addictive. Yes, you can get hooked to it. I’m not saying that you will be like a crack head if you don’t get a cup of coffee. But anyone who is addicted to caffeine knows how it feels to get the shakes when you don’t have any in your system. This is the addictive qualities of it. You are shaking because you are going through withdraw. Your body is craving it and letting you know.

Caffeine is a great pick me up. From that morning cup of Joe to the extra pep it gives you in your energy drink, it can be very helpful. The key thing is, you must use it right. You can’t over due it. Caffeine can have very bad side effects if not used properly. Studies show that drivers who think they can substitute caffeine for sleep are a risk to everyone on the road. Your reaction times are slower and that may cause you to have an accident.

The key thing is to understand the use of caffeine and how to use it right. If you are a bit tired in the evening, a cup of coffee is a great way to give you a little pep. If you are going to be using something dangerous like a chain saw, you should wait until you are fully alert to operate it. Don’t think coffee will make you alert enough to be able to run it safely. So, you are tired at work. You need a little pick me up, but don’t want to use caffeine. Well, there are some things that you can do to help you out.

Avoid foods high in sugar. Don’t run for a candy bar when you are feeling sluggish. Don’t drink sodas with your lunch. This will give you a burst of energy, but it will make you tired when the energy is gone. I would suggest to you that you keep some fruit on hand for when you are feeling sluggish. Keep an apple in your desk or some other fruit that you can easily eat and not have to prepare. You can also try pears, peaches, or oranges. You do have to peel an orange, so that might not be the best solution for you if you need a pick me up right away.

Drinking juice is another great way to get that pep you are looking for. You should consider buying a juicer. They aren’t too expensive and the benefits of fresh juice are well worth the money. Also, you can make different kinds of juices. You can make an apple and pear drink. There is no end to the kind of drinks you can make. Also, you don’t have to worry about what is in them. You make it, you know it is 100% juice.

A serving of juice will help you regain your strength. It will give you the energy you need to get through the day. You might also want to drink juice with your lunch. If you do this instead of drinking sodas, you won’t get burnt out as fast. Energy bars are a great thing if you have them on hand. Don’t get ones that are full of sugar or honey. That will give you a burnt out feeling. Instead, go with something that is good for you. I have seen some chocolate covered energy bars, don’t get this. Run like hell from these bars. It is a expensive candy bar.

Of course, you can always take a nap. This is a great way of increasing your energy. Though, it is not always possible to do. You also should avoid a high fat diet. If you eat too much fat, it will drain you. It will also make you depressed. When you are depressed, you won’t have the energy that you should have.

The important thing is this in regards to caffeine. Have a cup of coffee from time to time if you are feeling a little tired. Don’t let it replace sleep. Don’t think that you can function the same on caffeine as you can fully rested. Don’t think that because you had two cups of coffee that it is safe to drive your car even if you are drop dead tired.
