Fetishes
October 20th, 2007
by Michael Messner
Some people are open about their fetishes while others aren’t. I think that some people are afraid of them because they think they are weird. No fetish is weird, unless it is having sex with a dead body. Fetishes are normal and we all have them. They are what make sex interesting and fun. A fetish is when we need something special to turn us on. That special thought we think while we are masturbating. It is what makes us really horny, verses just horny. There are many fetishes out there. Unfortunately, the media only usually covers a few. For example, latex or rubber. It hardly does any justice.
Some fetishes will contain actual items, such as high heels… Some fetishes will be about acts, like acting like an animal while having sex. Some fetishes might contain both actual items and acting, like wearing a diaper and acting like a baby.
Some men have fetishes and don’t even know it. Are you a breast lover? That is a fetish. Do you like a woman in pantyhose? That too is a fetish. Don’t run from them, they are what turn you on.
Here is a list of the top ten fetishes. Check the list if any of these are your fetishes. Hell, you might even find something you didn’t know you liked.
1. Stomachs- Both men and woman like to flaunt their flat stomachs. Nothing is more hot than a woman who is fit. Personally, this drives me wild. I love to see a flat stomach on a woman,
2. Piercings- This is something that is popular with the younger people. They pierce everything than can. They don’t stop at the ears like a normal person does. They may pierce their tongue, their eye brows, their face, or anything they can. I have seen men and women with their nipples pierced! I have heard people of going to the extreme and piercing their genitals. Wow, that must hurt like hell.
3. Latex, leather, rubber- A lot of men love to look at women wearing very tight material. I think this is because it doesn’t make one have to imagine what the person looks like underneath their clothes. Nothing looks better than a nice pair of breasts under a latex shirt.
4. Domination- I have never understood this one. I have tried to get into this, but it isn’t my thing. Some men like to be told what to do. This may also involve whips, hand cuffs, or chains. I don’t know what is a turn on about this, but it seems popular.
5. Feet- This is a popular fetish. I once talked to an escort (classy name for whore) who said that this was very popular with her clients. Some men like to adorn a woman’s feet, while others like to lick them. I have heard of one man who had a fake wedding for their feet and actually threw rice on them and such. To each their own I guess.
6. Lipstick/fingernails- This is a fetish of mine. I love to see a woman wearing thick red lipstick. All I can think about is the ring that it would leave around my penis if she were to give me oral sex. This is one of the things that make a woman look like a woman. This is what from separates men from women. We don’t wear lipstick, well, at least most of us don’t.
7. Hair- This isn’t as weird as it may seem. We all like to see a woman who keeps her hair neat and clean. Some men really get off on this though. Some guys like a woman who has a pony tail or has braids in her hair.
8. Water- Every man dreams of that woman who sticks her head up from the pool and is very good looking. I think we like water because people tend to wear little or nothing in water. Nothing looks better on a woman than a wet t-shirt or a wet bathing suit fit snuggly on her breasts.
9. Golden showers- This is a strange one. This is one of my all time favorites. This is where you urinate on your partner, or they urinate on you. I think this is a great turn on. Sometimes it has to do with domination. There is no signal stronger than pissing on someone. This is the most fun out of all the fetishes. Make sure you try this one out!
10. Voyeurism- This is the most popular fetish. People love to watch and be watched having sex. This is one of the reasons why porn is so popular. We love to watch someone have sex. I have seen a lot of people who have sex and put movies and pictures of it on the net.
That is a short list of fetishes. Some are innocent and some are on the wild side. We all have things that turn us on. Don’t be afraid of them, enjoy them. They will help make your sex life better.
Stress and Aging
October 20th, 2007
Modern life can be stressful. There are so many concerns that you have to worry about like work, family, relations, and other activities. Sometimes you have to juggle or walk on a tightrope of schedules, deadlines, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
Usually, when you are stressed, your heart speeds up and your head pounds. What actually happens is that your pituitary gland releases a certain hormone, which in turn triggers your adrenal glands to release stress hormones (i.e., cortisol and adrenaline) into your bloodstream. As a result, several of your body’s systems are upset.
You may likely feel a stomachache coming or experience diarrhea when you’re stressed out. You also tend to feel hunger pangs resulting to weight gain. Stress also makes you susceptible to sickness like colds and other infections in addition to skin problems, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and loss of sex drive.
Stress also likely speeds up aging. According to a study done by the doctors in University of California at San Francisco, chronically stressed women displayed chromosomal changes characteristic of increased aging. They found out that the telomeres (found at the ends of the chromosomes) of these women tend to be shorter than the less-stressed women. Telomeres shorten as we age- thereby the length of the telomeres is an indication of aging. When telomeres cannot be possibly any shorter, they die out which is evident in skin wrinkles, organ failure, etc.
That’s why you need to lower the level of stress in your life. You can do that by taking care of your body and leading a healthy lifestyle. Have a balanced diet, adequate rest, and regular exercise. Relax and learn to enjoy your life. Take up a hobby that will help you take your mind off things like reading, knitting, collecting stamps, playing sports, or gardening. Join a club, support group or organization where you can meet other people with the same interests. Try joining the community play, take up dancing classes and acting workshops, help in local charities or fund raisers. Who knows you might even discover your hidden talents?
Learn deep-breathing exercises and practice meditation or Yoga. Visit the gym regularly or join a fitness group that will help you stay fit and healthy. Another option is to have massages and rub downs. This will help loosen up your muscles and calm your nerves.
At times, you just have to be positive about things and be less negative or pessimistic. Try to smile at people you meet on the streets, watch a movie or a play, have a new hairdo, change your wardrobe, and have the time to smell the roses.
Another good practice is having your regular medical check-ups to ensure your good health every time. Sometimes, when your level of stress is remarkably high, you need to get help. Seek out the support of friends and family, change jobs, re-prioritize your life, or consult with a psychologist, psychiatrist, or social worker.
Life can really be full of challenges. Learn how to cope up and remember to always look at the bright side of life. If you feel that stress is getting the better of you, don’t hesitate to seek help. A stress-free life can definitely add up to your years.
Bottled Water
October 20th, 2007
When I think of bottled water I think of hot tennis players gulping it down between matches. There certainly is a stigma about bottled water. Sometimes I think that one of the things around it is, rich people drink it. We see all of these rich famous people on television drinking it. Bottled water certainly has become popular. There is no doubting that. I go to the store and I see more brands than I can keep track of. I’ll admit that I have drank a few bottles of this stuff in my day. Mainly I get it if I am out and not near home to get a drink of water. If I am out walking or exercising and don’t have a water source near by. Is bottled water a rip off? The short answer is yes. There is nothing great about it. The only thing that is great about it is how it has been marketed. They tell us it is the best thing that we can get. It is something we all should drink. You have to keep in mind that these companies are in the business of making money. Their goal is to sell you bottled water. Even if you don’t need it.
Is bottled water better for you than tap water? No, it certainly isn’t. In fact, most bottled water is just tap water. It is filtered and purified so it doesn’t have the taste that the water from your tap has. Anything that will get you to drink more water is great. Though, you must realize that it is nothing more than a waste of money. You aren’t getting something that your body will jump for joy when it gets.
You have to watch what you buy though. Some bottled water has things added to it. Sometimes they will add sugar or other flavorings to it. If it doesn’t taste like pure water, there is something added to it. Sometimes the water will come from a spring or a mountain river. Is this any better for you? Not really. There might be some minerals in it that tap water won’t have. But for the most part it is just the same, but more expensive.
You like the taste of bottled water but you don’t like the taste of your tap water. What do you do?
For starters, I would suggest that you don’t run to the store to get more bottled water. There are many products that you are use to filter your tap water. One of my favorites is the pitcher with the filter in it. I’m sure you have seen these on television before. When you pour the water, it goes through a filter.
These tend to be less expensive and easy to use. It doesn’t take much brain power to be able to fill a pitcher with water. Check your local shop, I’m sure that you will find one there. There are also filters that you can put right over your faucet. These tend to be the best thing to use. They are easy to use and easy to replace the filters. You can get these at any Wal Mart or store like that.
There is always the water filtering system. You know, the ones with the pellets and all that garbage. Personally, I think these are a pain in the ass. I don’t know why people get these instead of the smaller faucet units.
I know that some people have to use these because of the condition of their water. Sometimes the water is too hard and you need to soften it. Though, that does sound like a plot for a porno movie.
If you don’t like the taste of your water, try filling up the empty bottles that you have from the bottled water with tap water. Stick them in the ice box and get them nice and cold. You will notice that when cold, the water has a different flavor. You might find this to be drinkable. I know your wallet will thank you.
The problem I see with the bottled water is, it is too expensive. They are charging you an arm and a leg for something you can get next to free. Why should you pay for it? Well, you shouldn’t. I don’t know why people don’t feel guilty for buying bottled water. It is one step up from going to a whore.
You should stop drinking the bottled water and see how much money you save just for one month. I find it crazy that there are people around the world dying of starvation and disease and we pay a dollar or more for a bottle of water. That seems so crazy to me.
