Female Orgasm Again
October 19th, 2007
by Sarah Briggs
Let’s face it - most guys have experienced orgasm. In fact, most experience it without a partner by their mid-teens. Something you might not know is that not all women experience orgasm at all, and even less during intercourse. For a variety of reasons, many women do not masturbate. The clitoris does not make its presence felt as does the penis, and upon reaching sexual maturity, the female body does not experience erections or wet dreams. A lot has been said about the female orgasm. One thing of which you can be certain is that a guy who knows a lot about getting his parters off is a guy who will have his sexual partners eagerly coming back for more.
Women need more
Unlike most men, who find themselves excited when seeing an attractive nude female body, very few women are not triggered by seeing a nude male. And seeing a close-up of genitals is very unlikely to excite any woman. They’re just different that way, both genetically and culturally. No doubt that is why men spend so much time at strip clubs, where strip shows for women are more of a novelty. This is also why there are not more nude male magazines for women. Women need mental stimulation to achieve orgasm - especially their first time. Every woman is different in what exactly turns them on, but a lot of women also require a feeling of connection with their partner.
Whether or not your partner has come before or not, it is usually not as easy for women to experience an orgasm. It takes an average of twenty minutes for a woman to reach orgasm, and interruption in her mood can completely derail this process. Sure, some girls can come in a few minutes, but they are not the norm.
A lot of people ask the question "who is responsible for the woman’s orgasm?" Ultimately both partners are probably responsible. Let’s face it - guys aren’t built the same, and if women keep them guessing about what to do, it may not get done right. On the other hand, a lot of men seem to feel that sticking their penis in their partner should be enough. The truth is that it very rarely is enough, and the men that believe this are usually guilty of wilful ignorance.
Meet the clitoris
The primary trigger for most female orgasms is the clitoris, a small nub of flesh outside and just to the front of the vagina. In many intercourse positions, the clitoris is not touched in any way, making orgasm literally impossible for most women. For most women to come during intercourse, there must be some contact with the clitoris. In most cases, this can easily be achieved by the man’s pubic bone. Even easier, either the man or the woman can gently masturbate the woman by lightly rapidly rubbing her clitoris only after she is already excited. The main function of foreplay is to get the partners excited and to allow the female to lubricate. Many men who rush through foreplay because they are anxious to fuck miss part of the point - it takes a woman longer to become excited. If you routinely rush your partners through foreplay, they will not be excited, will very rarely if ever have orgasms with you, and will not look forward to more sex with you with a sense of anticipation.
For women who are uncomfortable with masturbation, a vibrator can be held on the clitoris. Also a stream of water from a bathtub or hot tub can be a great way for a woman to come.
The tongues have it
Most women’s favourite sexual activity is not intercourse, it is cunnilingus - pussy eating. The softer, smooth surface of the tongue is very well suited to the very sensitive clitoris. Where fingers can irritate, your tongue is a perfect tool to bring your partner to bliss and keep her there. If you want your partners to come back for more, remember to slow down the foreplay so they’re ready when you are, and make sure that they are satisfied as well as you are… And your partners will come back for more!
Threats to Male Fertility
October 19th, 2007
Both a man and the woman need to be healthy in order to produce a child. When a couple cannot conceive a child in a span of one year, they might be having infertility problems. According to research, infertility affects 10% (or about 6.1 million) Americans in the reproductive age. Contrary to myth, infertility is not always a "woman’s problem." A third of the cases (about 35% are actually due to male infertility factors.
Infertility in men may be caused by many factors such as low sperm count (or nothing at all), ejaculation problems, or "abnormal" sperm, which is said to be malformed and have a short life span.
Generally, your fertility is based upon your general health. If you live a healthy lifestyle, there is a high probability that your sperm will also be healthy. There are quite a number of threats that may affect male fertility. Nicotine, alcohol and drugs (e.g., marijuana and cocaine) are on the top of the list. According to studies, smoking drastically decreases the sperm count and overall health of sperm cells.
Poor diet (malnutrition) can also contribute to male infertility, including deficiency in vitamin C and zinc in your diet. Some diseases (e.g., tuberculosis, fevers, anemia, and mumps in adulthood) and infections are also suspect. These are infections of the reproductive system such as epididymitis, orchitis, and prostatitis. Some sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia or gonorrhea also damages the spermatic ducts. You also risk transmitting your disease to your partner causing her to be infertile.
Some medications are also believed to be causes of male infertility. This include cancer-treating agents (e.g., chemotheraphy), anti-fungal medication (ketoconazole), antidiarrheal drug (sulfasalazine), Azulfidine (a drug used to treat ulcerative colitis), and some groups of antibiotics (nitrofurans and macrolides). Likewise, the use of anabolic steroids is also known to cause testicular shrinkage and infertility.
Other threats to male fertility also include testosterone deficiency, trauma or injury to the testes, structural abnormality or blockage in the vas deferens, and varicocele, a varicose vein in the testicle that produces too much heat harming and killing sperm.
Some are also connected to your lifestyle, like excessive stress, overly intense exercise (may lower your sperm count by producing higher levels of adrenal steroid hormones, which lower the amount of testosterone in the body), tight underwear or jogging pants, hot tubs, saunas, or anything that raises the temperature of your scrotum, including overheated vehicles and hot work environments, and exposure to environmental hazards such as pesticides, lead, paint, mercury, benzene, boron, radiation (x-ray), radioactive substances, and heavy metals.
Blender Ideas
October 19th, 2007
One of the things that I have noticed about single men is, they don’t have the right tools in the kitchen. I have never understood this really. I mean, if you are single or in a relationship, you still need to eat. I have known men that didn’t have a can opener or a pot big enough to cook pasta in. One thing a man should never do with out is, a blender. It is a good for many things in the kitchen. It is also good to make mixed drinks with. Your lady friends will love the mixed drinks you will make in your new blender. Most women like sweet fruity type of alcoholic drinks. If you can get her drunk….. You know the rest of the story.
Blenders can be a great way to make easy meals. I love to use mine to make fast meals that I don’t have to stand around a hot stove to make. I call it fast food at home. I also try to make a little extra so that I have some leftovers I can eat the next day for dinner or take it to work for lunch.
Here are some easy recipes that you can use in your blender.
The Virgin Club Med Breeze
350-400 ml strawberry yogurt 1/2 cup skim milk (or 2%) 1 sliced banana 2 tsp lemon juice 2 tsp grenadine syrup 2 scoops protein powder This is a drink that women will love. A few of these and both of you will have a nice buzz and a quite evening around the fire place will be so relaxing. You may want to skip the powder if you are making it for your woman.
Gazpacho
2 ripe tomatoes cut into big pieces 1/2 cup chopped parsley or coriander 2 tbsp breadcrumbs 1 avocado, sliced 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 cup of tomato juice 1 cup of ice-cold water 2 tsp Tabasco or chili sauce Salt, pepper, and dried herbs to taste Throw everything in the blender and watch it go. This one tastes great. I usually add just a little more hot sauce to mine. I might also add some crushed red pepper flakes after I have blended it. I love hot and spicy foods.
A simple pesto is a great way to use the blender. Since everyone has a way to make it they like, I suggest that you look on google or another search engine for a good recipe. I would try to avoid the oil. Some people put a lot of oil in theirs. Also, if you use pine nuts, I would suggest that you use ones that are dry roasted. Make sure you don’t get the ones that are deep fried.
The blender can also be a great way to make deserts. Try this one.
Two cups ice cream. Two handfuls of strawberries Half a banana Some chocolate syrup. In the last pulse, put in some walnuts. Get them chopped up, but not too fine. You want to make sure that you can feel the walnuts in your mouth.
Serve this in a bowl or on top of a piece of low fat cake. I love eating this with low fat chocolate cake. I bake a cake and don’t put any frosting on it. I make it in a square pan. I put the ice cream on the cake like it was frosting. Garnish with a few whole walnuts. You and your guests will love this.
